Dagfinn Mørkrid Thøgersen is a clinical psychologist with a sub-speciality in family psychology. Since 2006, Dagfinn has led the national implementation of Functional Family Therapy (FFT) in Norway at the Norwegian Center for Child Behavioral Development. Since 2013, he has been involved in local and national implementation initiatives of FFT in Denmark in collaboration with the Danish National Board for Social Services. Through this implementation work, Thøgersen has worked with national funding entities, intermediary organizations and local agency providers, and gained experience in the craft of implementation.Thøgersen is currently enrolled as a PhD-candidate at the University of Southern Denmark where he is investigating the role of Callous-Unemotional traits in the treatment of youth with behavioral problems. Thøgersen has published several book chapters on treatment of behavior problems in adolescence, and teaches in clinical psychology at the University of Oslo and the University in Southern Denmark.
