I have a background in Forensic Child and Youth Care Studies and Criminal Law. I have worked as a researcher and lecturer on implementation questions in the child and youth care field and obtained my PhD in 2016. I have an interest in implementation theories and research designs and topics such as treatment integrity and learning organizations. Right now I work as staff implementation for ZonMw (The Netherlands Organisation for Health Research and Development). ZonMw funds health research in the Netherlands and promotes the actual use of the knowledge this research produces. As Staff Implementation I am part of the Strategy and Innovation team of ZonMw and I hold responsibility to provide input on and guide the implementation policy and implementation team within ZonMw. I am co-initiator of the Netherland Implementation Collaborative (NIC) and board member of the EIC since 2015. Read more about me in this brief portrait.
